Description
Accidents happen… Have peace of mind with accidental damage protection up to $1000 for just $29.99. Our damage protection protects you with to against accidental damage caused during your hire.
Even if the accidental damage caused is irreparable, our damage protection will give you up to $1000 towards the replacement cost of the item. You may be required to pay the difference if the replacement cost exceeds this value.
Taking out damage protection, it is still expected that you treat our items with responsibility and care. Our damage protection does not cover you for certain circumstances such as: items which are stolen or lost, returned with extensive damage or staining where it is clear the damage has been caused deliberately or by reckless behaviour.

Pick Up / Drop Off
Client must collect the hire garment and/or bag from 11/24 Junction Drive, Coolum. Client must select a 30-minute collection window between 9 AM and 2 PM, or email tidaldresscollective@gmail.com to arrange an after-hours collection.
Client must return the hire garment and/or bag to 11/24 Junction Drive, Coolum between 9 AM and 2 PM on the return date. The client should advise of their preferred return time where possible.
All packaging provided with the hire - including coat hangers and garment bag - must be returned. Missing items may incur a replacement fee.
Postage Information
Clients residing in rural or remote areas must notify Tidal Dress Collective at the time of booking, as additional postage time may be required.
All postal hires are express posted via Australia Post. Deliveries are typically made between 7:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Tidal Dress Collective will express post items in advance to allow for timely delivery.
With the delivery of the hire garment, a pre-paid return label and instructions will be provided.
The client must affix the return label to the reusable packaging and return the item over the counter at an Australia Post office (not via a street post box) by 3:00pm.
If the return date falls on a weekend, the return may be made the following Monday morning.
