Shipping policy

Rural/Remote Clients:
Clients residing in rural or remote areas must notify Tidal Dress Collective at the time of booking, as additional postage time may be required.

Shipping & Returns:
All postal hires are express posted via Australia Post. Deliveries occur between 7:00am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
We express post items in advance to ensure timely delivery.
Each hire includes a pre-paid return label and instructions.
Returns must be lodged over the counter at an Australia Post office by 3:00pm on the return date. If your return date is on a weekend, return the item by the following Monday morning.
